Homegrown in Phoenix, Arizona, Chanen Construction is a proud multi-generational family business. Started by Herman Chanen in 1955, within a few years the company was building airport terminals and high rises—including Arizona's first high-rise office building. Over the past seven decades we've built strong relationships with clients in Arizona, California, Illinois, Nevada, Utah, Texas, North Carolina, and beyond.
Now we're approaching a new era of growth as a Dick Anderson Construction company. With DAC's acquisition of Chanen, we have expanded capabilities and experience with industries like healthcare, power and energy, and heavy civil. As DAC approaches our 50th anniversary and Chanen celebrates 70 years of work, the future is bright—a growing team, growing capabilities, and a bright future ahead.
